We at Likhalifestyle emphasise client pleasure and work hard to deliver top-notch goods. Please read our refund policy below if you’re unhappy with your purchase.


1. Refund Eligibility
Refund claims are accepted under the following guidelines:

✅ The item that was delivered is broken or flawed.

✅ The product was shipped in the incorrect size, colour, or design.

✅ The product does not look like the pictures or description on our website.


2. Products that have been used, cleaned, or altered are not eligible for refunds.

🚫 Personalised or specially designed goods.

🚫 Purchased during special discounts or clearance deals.

🚫 Minor colour changes brought on by variances in screen resolution and lighting.


3. How to Make a Refund Request

• Within seven days of receiving the merchandise, customers must seek a refund.

• The order number

• Detailed pictures of the flawed or inaccurate saree

• After reviewing the request, our staff will get back to you in three business days.

 

4. The Refund Procedure

• Following approval, the refund will be sent using the original payment method within five to seven business days.

• The refund will be given as a bank transfer or shop credit if the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD).

 

5. Shipping for Returns

• We will pay for return postage if we made a mistake (i.e., the product was damaged or incorrect).

• The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs if the item is being returned for personal reasons.

 

6. The Option to Exchange
Customers may choose to exchange their saree for another one of similar value (subject to availability) in lieu of receiving a refund.
